Brickfields park area

The council have left unfinished "humps" for ? kids to ride bikes etc on...humps are full of bricks,stones,glass and even metal bars, the diggers left huge ruts everywhere...........its a health and safety nightmare.Dangerous to kids,adults and dogs. can you help sort it out?
