Rubbish all over the road and on the street

The children / adolescents at 6 Westfield Road last night decided to empty their bins all over the road and on the pavement (amongst other anti social behaviour). The mother / guardian is not around and the waste and rotten food left there is a health hazard attracting animals and seagulls
