Dropped manhole cover

The above is causing a lot of banging and noise as vehicles drive over this square manhole cover. Located outside a house and the last plot on the allotment site.On left side of road opposite playing fields. Thank you.

The problem is the noise as traffic travels over this manhole cover which is deafening. Must be rough on the residents who live next to it,
