Dog Fouling

There has been a lot of dog fouling the pavement In Cicely Court I watched a man thismorning at 0645 his dog fouled the pavement and he made no attempt to pick it up,I then walked around the corner and there were two more lots of dog foul. The person in question lives at No6 Town Veiw I hope something can be done in regards to this.

I have also repoted it to the council and it is still happening I am getting fed up having to dodge the dog foul. The person responsible should receive a heavy fine he then may realise he has to clean up after his dog,it fouls every day and it is left its a disgrace.

No the problem still exists the dog fouls on a daily basis its getting to a discusting state now.
