Highfield road minefield

It wasn't possible to select the whole road but a large amount of Highfield Road has chunks of surface missing and potholes all along it. It is in incredibly poor condition.

The rapid deterioration of highfield road from the round about down to the junction of St annes road is a disgrace. You are getting motorist zig zagging all over the road to avoid damaging their alloy wheels. I liken Highfield road to the type of road surface you would expect in a third world country. BLACKPOOL COUNCIL ARE TOTALLY INCOMPETANT WHEN IT COMES TO HIGH WAY MAINTENANCE

This has been fixed late 2011 under the council's Project 30 scheme.
