Plastic Waste in Trees

There is a great deal of general rubbish lying all along the A339 between Newbury and Basingstoke but the whole strips of plastic that have blown into the trees are a real eyesore. On Monday 16th March I noticed an increase in this problem. There are now a whole load more strips of plastic festooning the trees on the A339 especially between Folly Farm and Basingstoke. Please can this problem be addressed with a clean-up and some encouragement for people to take care of the environment instead of us all having to wade through a great big litter bin as we go to and fro on the A339!
