Rubbish bins belonging to 137 Mostyn Street

Once again the rubbish bins outside 137 Mostyn Street are full to overflowing. This problem was first reported to Conwy "couldn't care less" Council on the 26th November 2009. Since that date I have received a reply stating that the bins would be replaced with a larger one and moved to a different location. When I asked when and where I received no reply. The bins have now moved from outside 137 to 135, a shop who recently went out of business due to excessive rent and rates charges. CCBC's answer to this problem of overfilled bins seems to be that they now empty the bins more often. When are these bins going to be moved?
