New road built 4 years ago traimor close junction of spring road it has stones running along the footpath side of the new road the stones have been thrown by children since the build i have now had 2 cars that have stone chips in them who can help look into this as when i called anti social behaviour line to ask for them to be moved they said they could report to council to have street cleaned but have no aurthority to move them. please help the road is a state children have been throwing stones again this morning (teachers training day) i asked them to stop throwing near my car ignored me

it has not been fixed and the problem is ongoing i do not know who built the houses but have been informed they are still responsible not the council
