Illegal Market blocking pavement

Illegal traders set up wares on the pavement every Sunday from around 7am, they are moved on by the council but not until 10am.

I have received a letter saying that the council is monitoring the situation but as of today the situation is now worse. The attached photo is the situation on 18th April around 9am. The traders are increasing with the warmer weather and now blocking the end of Chance Street

There is clearly a demand ever since the demolition of arches the opposite side of the road, this area has become crowded with people who wish to sell junk. It is part of the history of the area. Perhaps some space can be made for this purpose under the new station, if it hasn't been allocated to mundane chain stores already.
