Broken bollard

There are 2 concrete bollards at the entrance to the playing fields. One has been broken off, leaving the bottom of it on the pathway. It is about 2" high but not very easy to spot and someone could easily miss it and trip on it.

Still nothing at all done to fix this. It is in exactly the same dangerous condition.
