Updates
This constantly recurring problem has been reported to the Police who say its a council matter. Police cars have been seen parking during the day to spot offenders, but never after 9.00pm when it all starts.
I would call the police on a non emergency number when they are doing it and ask for a response. If they consistently fail to take action where people are driving dangerously and in a manner that could endanger others or cause fear to the public then I would make a police complaint.
Log when you call them in a note book and call afterwards during the day, ask to speak to a Sargent and ask what response your calls resulted in.
As well as the racers and cruisers we now have drunks vomiting on our cars, urinating on our walls and railings and vandalising property. We rang the non-emergency police number - guess what "please leave a message" What a joke!
