Failure to effect routine maintenance of footpath and roadway gutters

Neglect in clearing of leaves since September has resulted in permanent mush on the footpaths but worse is the resultant blockage of the grills over the access to the gutter drains causing pooling, flooding,erosion of grass verges,danger to roadusers, damage to drains settings and road fabric that now need costly and urgent repairs. As we have reported to Maccesfield Council weeks ago.
