Obstructing the pavement

Cars are continually parking on the pavement here sometimes causing wheelchair/pram/pushchair users and sometimes single pedestrians to go into the road made worse last Friday Council Van did same on other side left six inch gap

Cars are now completly blocking the footpaths at Glebe Av causing the elderly and wheelcahir users atc to walk down the midle of the road in a dangerous location on a blind bend.
