Sent to Hull City Council 3 minutes later

There are scores of large and deep potholes now, since the winter, along the section of Victria Avenue from the fountain right down to Princes' Avenue. Continuing use of this stretch, which also serves vehicles to Ella Street is destined to result in vehicle damage and possible litiginous developments.

Repair raised

Posted by Mr J. Lee at 21:09, Wed 17 March 2010

The pothole repairs required in the Eastern half of Victoria Avenue reported are obviously in urgent need of repair. It has been raised so I would be grateful if you could give an idea of when the roadworks might begin? Yours faithfully, J.Lee.

Speedy response. Holes patched within a couple of weeks, albeit temporarily. Unable to tell if this was a response to my reporting or whether it would have been done anyway.
