Someone is letting their dog foul outside the blocks of 34 Westbury Road, in the small bushy soil areas and on the pavement. It is repellent and has actually increased recently in volume. My niece fell over in it today and her hand was covered. I have stepped it into my flat on a number of occasions but have now reached breaking point. It has also been outside the front door to my home- hardly a way anyone should live! Please do something about it... maybe get the council to erect a small fence. It is a council building and ultimately their responsibility! I look forward to a remedy asap.
