The safety of the wall is of course the the responsibity of the property owner, which I believe is not the City Council.

If it is indeed unsafe; I will need a City Engineer to confirm this, then the City can request that the work is undertaken by the owner.

Only If the work is not done by the property owner and it is urgent is the City legally able to intervene.

I will ask City officers to investigate.
