Vehicle registration number T662 UAN which is a small green Citroen has been parked and has not moved for about 4 weeks, the vehicle is also untaxed

Wrights Lane, near No. 94 in a car park there is an abandoned and demolished vehicle of some sorts with rubbish breeding on top and by the side of it. It has there been there for over 1 month. We would like this cleared please before it gets scattered all over the neighbourhood. Rubbish breeds rubbish.
