Dangerous road surface

Numerous sections of this road, along it's entire length from the Eugene Cross roundabout to the Badminton roundabout, are showing signs of top surface degridation. The patches are so large in area that the drivers concentration is being diverted to avoiding these holes.

Not fixed but the council have managed to mark some of the areas they feel need repair - not all the holes mind you.
Problem is they don't repair them properly. Road repair material is dropped in but the edges are not sealed with pitch - so the water still gets in. Come the next icy cold day they'll break open again.
This area has not been repaired and in fact now the white lines have all but faded away - this is another example of a road surface in the Blaenau Gwent area in deep neglect. I have witnessed road users moving onto the oncoming side in order to avoid the holes. THIS NEEDS REPAIRS URGENTLY - of course if it were near the eisteddfod site it would have been done by now..
