The land at the side of the ncp car park at Albert Street/Dale End is full of litter and the outside walls of the car park is covererd in graffiti

Received e-mail but situation is the same. Also contacted NCP Car Park's regarding this and received e-mails and a phone call saying it's not their land but would get the area cleaned up.Not been in the location for a week but nothing had been done when i passed.
