Badly timed traffic lights

The volume of traffic leaving the a1 northbound to join a1056 or b1318 is much,much greater than the volume of traffic leaving a1056 or b1318 to join the a1 northbound,yet the traffic lights are timed as if both directions had similar volumes of traffic flow,resulting in unnessacery delay for vehicles leaving a1 northbound and heading to a1056 or b1318,
