I received an email from Brentwood Council thanking me for reporting the problem and they would send someone out to look at the wall.

Alas 4 weeks has gone by and nothing has been done. By the time they make the effort the loose bricks may have been used to damage property.

Problem getting worse, but that's the way it is now days leave it and it will go away.

Dangerous, unsafe and the bricks could be potential weapons

Loose bricks have been removed, although the wall has not been repaired.
