Car allways parked on double yellow

I ride down this road every day.

The road has double yellow lines and a car is always parked on them.

This is also a cycle lane.

The car is the Pizza deliver car for the pizza shop on this road.

At this point in the road it gets busy due to the light, it is dangerous when you cycle and have to move out of the cycle lane onto the road.

The PSCO's were asked to monitor this at the Neighbourhood Policing meeting at the beginning of the month
