Sent to Lambeth Borough Council 4 minutes later

The traffic sign on the pavement outside 36 Albert Square has fallen on to the pavement, also upending some paving, and causing a dangerous hazard. This apparently happened on the day that scaffolding was dismantled from 35-36 Albert Square.
