Potholes on small heath highway

There is a very dangerous group of potholes on Small Heath Highway where the sliproad from Sapcote Business centre joins Small Heath Highway. I think they are a "known" issue, since they have been painted orange. However, they are very dangerous to cyclists (they are *very* tricky to avoid), and well over a week has gone by since they were painted orange. In fact, the orange paint is starting to fade.
