Although the problem of leaving rubbish has been sorted, the collecters came so early many residents hadn't even put their recycling bins out. Also, the crew made no effort to collect recyling bins from residents who had left them near the front of the house. If it wasn't at the the edge of the property they made no effort. Rycycling bins still left in roadway, but at least not rolling around where cars can run over them now.
