The timings on the Air Balloon lights have changed drastically this morning & instead of it taking about a minute to get from the junction of Court Lodge Road & Vicarage Lane through the lights, it took 7 minutes today. The traffic was queuing all down Court Lodge Road with more traffic queuing along Vicarage Lane. Cars could only get onto Vicarage Lane if someone stopped to let them out. Only 3 or 4 cars were getting through the lights at once & it took 9 or 10 cycles of the lights changing to actually reach them & get through. There was never a problem before today so I have no idea why the timings have been changed so dramatically. Please change them back!!
