Parking on Pavements

Please look into the constant parking on the pavement at the junction of Station Road and Tubbs Road. It includes motorbikes and cars that belong to customers and owner /workers of Sober Mineiro Cafe. Google maps streetview also illuminates the problem. The junction is very busy with pedestrians from the train station. Pedestrians also have to negotiate road traffic to continue across Tubbs Road to Harlesden as no crossing provision for pedestrians is in place. The parking on the pavement compounds the problem. Please resolve, this has been going on for over a year. Thank you
