Sand and grit

During the snow the council used some sand and grit to make pavements and a bad corner of the road safe and whilst we were very grateful for that at the time we are now left with the unsightly mess on the road and pavements surrounding Tanton House.Its not like salt the dissolves in the rain so we are stuck with it unless there is anything that can be done to clear it.Also on the corner of Winslow Field there is a pile of the stuff next to the grit bin which looks unsightly.
