Parking Fine After Paying for a Ticket

I took my son swimming in the leisure centre, parked by superbowl, bought my parking ticket, had a lovely time, then got back to the car to discover I HAD A PARKING FINE!! This is the second time I have had one in a year!! The 1st time I was taking my son to the doctors for a dietitian appt, I parked at the doctors and received a ticket, which I didnt know you had to pay and display, but I paid the ticket regardless. This time I have a ticket and I still get a parking fine!! Then you have to ring NORTHAMPTON, for them to have you on hold for ages to tell you to call back tomorrow once theyve seen a picture of the car! I have the ticket and it checks out with the times that the fine is!! It should be free parking everywhere, or give every resident in Dunstable a free parking badge!

The ticket was refunded because I gave proof of parking.
