Cracked and broken slabs

Hi first i would like to thank the council for the new street lighting in this road wat a difference. however when this work was carried out the contractors and eon were using the footpaths to park there vans and lorrys on i have photo footage of this and all the way down this road the footpaths are in a terrible state would like the council to come and see for there selfs. why should we pay our taxes to have our streets wrecked by council and contractors so our taxes go up yet again to pay for there damage to our footways.
