Collection of Recycling Waste

Sent to Lancashire County Council and Hyndburn Borough Council 35 minutes later

Recycled paper fallen out of the sack when they are putting it in to the wagon, is being left on the driveway.Cardboard taken out of box, where it is stacked neatly, and thrown on the drive.

When are we going to get some kind of receptacle for cardboard. It's all very well saying tie it up but what do we do the 2 weeks we're collecting it? If we put it outside it goes soggy in the rain. We only have small kitchen and I'm fed up with it being at the back of the kichen door. Also on collection day you can always see cardboard lying around after the collectors have been, because it's blown away.
