Blocked storm drain

Sent to Blackburn with Darwen Borough Council less than a minute later

Location of this storm drain is immediately at the traffic lights jct of bolton rd and livesey branch rd. Also the drains on the LHS of rd proceeding up Livesey Branch Rd all need clearing out of the silt as they are 90% full. This includes the drains as far up as Green Lane.
