At the top of Beulah Grove, behind the Halfords; there's been a huge amount of rubbish there for many weeks, including a smashed TV, clothing, soiled nappies and sanitary products, broken glass and bits of wood. The rubbish gets spread and caught on bushes and under cars, spreading the problem.

Got an automated email response from the council, but the rubbish is still there...
Councillors have been in email contact with me about this issue, which they appear to be familiar with; apparently Halfords is responsible for maintaining the area but have yet to do anything about it. Have not heard anything for the past week or so, although as I understand it the council is waiting for a response to their queries from Halfords head office.
Got an email from the Streetscene officer 12 days ago, saying that Halfords had issued a works order to remove the rubbish... within 2 weeks. So perhaps it'll be gone by tomorrow...
The rubbish has been cleared! Better still, the next day 2 more bin bags were dumped, but they were removed speedily as well. The problem will no doubt persist, but at least the Environmental Dept have been doing a good job keeping the space clear. Now for the street lighting....
