Dangerous Potholes

There are many deep potholes along the length of Cross End Lane, but one in particular at the bell-mouth of lane is over 3m wide and 2m across. The location of this pot hole makes it very difficult to egress onto the main road due to the fact that the lack of traction caused by the pothole means one must position the wheels of a car onto the main road placing the car half-way across the main carriageway which is a 40 mile an hour limit and into the path of cars coming around a bend.
