Recycling uncollected

The communal recycling bin for the block on the corner of canterbury and raglan streets remains uncollected and overflowing. a complaint direct to the council ensured the ordinary bin was emptied but the recycling bin remains untouched,

took a while but the recycling bin is now empty!
