Commercial vehicle parking

There are an increasing number of 3.5 tonne vans parking in the road, sometimes opposite eachother causing obstructions, mostly with two wheels on the pavement and blocking view from private drives to oncoming traffic, also parked inside 10 meters of a roundabout junction.
