Antisocial and dangerous parking

People at Rixons Meadow use Howletts Close as their own personal car park. They park on the corner and on a bend so sometimes it is impossible to see round or even get out of the close. Very dangerous as children live here!Turhnam Way is now nearly impossible to get down as cars park where they please and on the bend. Again very dangerous!
