Pavement directly outside 40 Talbot Way

The pavement area directly outside the driveway of 40 Talbot Way, Stapeley is starting to generate a hole in the tarmac.

Given that this is directly in front of the entrance to my driveway and more importantly a main pavement used by the elderly, children and local blind residents, can something be one to patch the hole before it gets out of hand?
