Cars parking on double yellow lines

Cars are constantly parking on the faded double yellow lines on High Street North on the corner of Capron Road. This makes it extremely difficult and dangerous for cars coming out of Capron Road as the view of the oncoming traffic from the High Street is obscured. Can anything be done along this stretch ie new lines painted / barriers as it is very dangerous pulling out of this junction due to these illegally parked cars.

Cars still park on the edge of the road blocking the view, but the road has been resurfaced and the lines re-painted..need double yellow lines all the way along this section of road as your view as you drive onto the main road is blocked.
