Still not collecting!

I live at 4 Shaftesbury Mews just off Moorland Road shops and wish to point out that our rubbish is still not being collected every week. This is extremely frustrating as I and many residents continually contact the council about this problem. It is especially annoying as when I first purchased the house (over 5 years ago)it was collected from the purpose built bin shed, now however because a paddlock has been put on the shed understandedly if the bags are not got out in time the bin men can't get to them!Could someone please sort this out as I am tired of having to lug bags of rubbish up to the shed then have to go and get them out again, very inconvenient when having to go off to work! Would be far better for all concerned to have it collected from outside my property (like everyone else in the surrounding area!)This also applies to the recyle boxes which get collected even less often sometimes left for weeks. Also who is responsible for the green area at the top of the Mews ? This was an attractive piece of garden when I first moved in and now it is just an overgrown mess full of litter.

Updates
The rubbish and recycling has been collected every week since the problem was reported which is great, thank you! The response that I received was also quick and helpful. I do still have concerns about the general appearance of the Shaftesbury Mews area however and will continue to persue this issue with the council.
