New londis shop causing problems

Tnhe new londis shop has caused a large constant increase in litter between the rear exit of York St John right throuh to browlow street. There is only one council bin and even when the shop puts up it's own bins there is a need for one more at the junction of. No I brownlow street. Looks like a slum
