Potholes and road surface still dangerous

I have just driven up this road in the dark. It is still really bad. There have been a couple of temporary repairs, but these are now crumbling as well. This whole road is in a very dangerous state - it needs a full resurface as an emergency measure (Especially given the heavy traffic from the trucks to and from the landfill site)
