Shrubs close to roadside

Please can the shrubery/brambles on the left hand side be cut back as the road is quite narrow & i am constantly getting the side of mycar scratched by said shrubs - i think this might be National Trust Land?

this problem still hasn't been resolved - the bushes are cut vertically level with the side of the road - therefore as soon as another car passes your car side & wing morror drag into the bushes - the road is narrow enough as it is without having to worry about my car being scratched!
