Car Parking over driveway

I had my kerb lowered by yourselves in 2008 after saving enough money for the work. I live near the school and now i am finding it very difficult to get in and out at various times due to people parking over driveway,and because my neighbour has all the front of his property opened people assume that he has had is kerb lowered, this is not surprising really as you cannot find were the kerb is, as it is level with the road surface, With the cars driving over this so called pavement the slabs are cracked and broken. I am a senior citizen with a mobilty problem, and find all this very stressful, I hope you will be able to fix this.

the council workers have been out to fix slab but I am afraid they fixed the wrong one but HEY they tarmaced one of many, thats good news
