Sunken mini man-hole cover

Small man-chole cover has sunk seriously belows the level of the road surface. It's right in the path of cyclists crossing the junction (heading north from Hills Road into Regent Street) and is dangerous - cyclists have to swerve (into traffic) or avoid it, or possibly be knocked off their bikes (if they ride acorss it).
