Rubbish on carpark

There is a load of litter on this car park and the adjacent land between Hall Street and Highfield Road alongside the towpath. I've already reported the Highfield Road end which is being investigated but it's the whole stretch that wants cleaning up.

Some of this rubbish has been removed. Notably it has been removed from the tarmaced area but some still remains on the grass and some more rubbish has been placed near the gate towards the back of this picture by the gate. Beyond the gate it is private property and probably beyond the councils remit. There will be rats though!

This was cleaned up by the council. They made a great job, but the flytipping has started again
