Graffiti OVER FOUR YEARS OLD

Still not been removed despite being reported nearly 6 weeks ago.

Still not removed despite being over 4 months since originally reported.

Spoke to environmental services today at 14:05, spoke to Adil who said it hasnt been reported so he added it as a new job with Reference number 8002159277. Adil said it would be removed within 2 days.

Spoke to a John at BCC who told me that I have to speak to Estate Management on 0121 303 5667 begin_of_the_skype_highlighting              0121 303 5667      end_of_the_skype_highlighting and put me through, the lady I spoke to on this number said the council wouldn't do it and I have to speak to Environmental Services on 0121 303 1112. I phoned this number and spoke to Nicola who told me that it has been scheduled and she will get the manager to call me asap to let me know when it will be done.

Spoke to Usman at BCC who said there are no notes on the system about why it hasn't been done, he said he would chase it up with a manager and it should be done within 2 days. This is what has been said for the past week by Adil, Nicola and now Usman. Lets see what happens.

Spoke to Maryam who said she would pass this on to her manager who would chase it up, but I asked to be put through to him/her as this is what I have been told every time I've called. Was put through to James who said the job hadn't been done because they thought it was my neighbour's fence at 270, I explained that as per the 4th MArch job it is BOTH our fences, he said he would personally speak to a manager and call me tomorrow.

Spoke to Maryam today Monday 9th August who said James is not in today and she would get a manager to call me back, however, as this is what I've been told every time I've phoned I asked to speak to another manager, Maryam put me through and I spoke to Christie who said both jobs are still open since 4th March. she said she would close the later job off and maybe needs investigating. She said if its not done by Monday she would phone the depot herself.

spoke to sadia who said the job has been closed down again as completed, she said there are no notes put on by Christie confirming what she told me on the 12th so I asked to be put through to a manager as Sadia said she would alert the depot and it "should be done in two days". Sadia put me through to her supervisor, Razwan who said he'd get Christie to call me back by half 2.
