Pavements covered in dog excrement

Elstree Gardens pavements are used by numerous dog owners taking their pets to and from walks. Pavements on both sides need yellow signes printed on them to encourage owners to clean up after the dogs. At both ends of the roads there should be red boxes to collect the bags with dog excrement. On some days one has to manouvre a lot to avoid stepping into the piles. So it makes walking rather difficult for people with disabilities.
