Local businesses are cluttering the walkways with signs and plants on Hampton Hill High Street. Examples are Italian at 133 High Street (plants blocking pavement); Cheers Insurance and Giovanni's Cafe (advert/signage board).

What a joke - nothing has been done. Just the other day I saw kids have to walk in the road to avoid a mobility scooter because both could not use the pavement due to the Cheers advertising board which takes up half the pavement width.
