It has become unfastened since December and could easily be taken away. I have reported this twice already. Please fix it without delay.

It was repaired within a couple of days of my report. This could have been the result of my earlier telephone report to them, but it did please me to see such a rapid response. Anyway I do like your facility and will use it again when the need arises
